If you love going to museums and learning new things, then you’ll most definitely love going to Warsaw Poland. Warsaw is the seat of several museums that focus on art and history. The most notable of these is the National Museum, a favorite destination of tourists, especially children. There’s also the Centre for Contemporary Art and the Zacheta National Gallery of Art, both of which house some of the most amazing artworks known to man. Then, of course, for history buffs, there’s the Warsaw Uprising Museum. Located in Wola, the Warsaw Uprising Museum is one of the most interesting places in the city as it showcases all that happened during the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. You’ll surely learn a lot about World War 2 and the Holocaust, all those chilling tales and awe-inspiring heroics will certainly be worth your time. Just make sure that you get a cheap car hire in Warsaw Airport. Otherwise, you’ll have a hard time reaching all these museums. Don’t bother joining a tour group that relies on a bus for their transport. Not only are they uncomfortable, they’re also overpriced. You’re better off just renting your own car from agencies like Avis, Europcar, Budget, and Nova.
