Last year, due to the recession, many UK travelers opted not to travel aboard and stay home for what are now being called “staycations.” Well Haven Holidays, a very popular holiday park in the UK, has just confirmed many early bookings for this year. Thus, it is looking like, once again, UK travelers are opting to stay hope this year instead of travel abroad.

Most experts claim that the value of money is the main key for why people are choosing to stay home for their holidays. To insure that guests choose to come to Have Holidays instead of other UK parks, the entertainment provider has responded to guests’ feed back by offering even more activities this year. The goal for the park is to get people to keep opting for staycations every year instead of traveling out of the country.

Some of the features that Haven Holidays is offering this year includes their popular Learn2Swim session, which will be free of charge this year. This event gives kids of all ages a chance to learn popular swimming methods and boost their confidence while still having fun. Some other actives that Haven Holidays will be offering this year free of charge includes Wake and Shake, Annabel’s Creative Kitchen and, of course, the regular Kid’s club actives.

Haven Holidays says that they have already received a great increase in the number of early bookings that they have received. The park says that this could be due to the savings that they are offering to bring more people back into the park this year. The park is currently offering up to 40 percent off the cost of Spring and early summer breaks and 20 percent off school and bank holiday breaks.
