Hertz joins forces with Dav El chauffer network
Lucy WilliamsAmerican based chauffer service Dav El Chauffer Transportation Network has joined forces with world leading car hire company Hertz in a collaboration which will now offer Hertz customers the opportunity to expand their opportunities when hiring a vehicle. Dav El has offices in 550 cities spanning the globe and offers customers around the clock access to a fleet of 15,000 chauffer driven Cadillacs, limousines, SUVs and minivans. Based near Boston Dav El is one of the world’s largest privately owned chauffer providers. By teaming up with Hertz Dav El’s president and chief executive officer, Scott A. Solombrino says that the company can now fill a gap for Hertz customers by providing them with prestige vehicles for corporate functions, meetings and conventions as well as airport transportation. He also pointed out that by teaming up with Hertz Dav El would get the opportunity to grow its brand in a number of countries around the world.
President and chief executive officer at Hertz, Mark P. Frissora said that the partnership with Dav El would allow the car hire firm to tap into a very lucrative area in the vehicle rental market. It would also mean that Hertz can now offer its customers more comprehensive solutions to their vehicle hire needs. Frissora also pointed out that because Dav El was already up and running in a number of major cities around the world it would compliment the fact that Hertz is also established in 145 countries worldwide.
