Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

Not a Fiesta

I booked a Fiesta size vehiucle and was presented with a Megane size vehicle with a boot. On calling the hire company from the airport I waited about 5 mins for the car to arrive. There were a number of scratches on the car, however it was clean, comfortable and everything worked. On returning the car, the hire companyu rep was waiting for me at the agreed time, he checked that there was the correct amount of fuel in the car, smiled, waved and drove away happy. Minimum fuss! I would recommend this com[any to anyone looking for cheap, hassle free car hire.

The whole rental process worked like a treat. The local supplier used/broked by 121carhire.com has no desk in the airport, which surprised me initially. Then, the guy from the supplier turned up and picked me and wife to the rental office off the airport. After that, things went well as expected. I even felt lucky to drop off the vehicle to the office and let the guy give us a lift back to the airport terminal as the airport is under a major construction work and the traffic with detour road is really a mass.

Cheapest website

I rented a Huyndai Accent from Ataturk airport (Istanbul) and it was cheap automatic. The original car from the website was suppose to be Ford focus but they gave me Accent Diesel 1.6 engine which was fine. It was Automatic. Good points: 1- I collected the car from the airport garage and delivered it in front of the departure entrance. 2- cheap price. Bad points: 1- I requested Ford focus and I got Accent. 2- I requested Petrol and I got diesel. 3- I paid 12 Turkish lira for airport garage which I was not suppose to pay.

Great service!

The local company was waiting for us at the airport with a sign so it could not have been any easier. The car was good and at the end of the holiday they dropped us off to the airport. Only criticism we would have is the fact that our voucher had prices in pounds and dollars but the amount in local currency was more than expected.

I`ve booked a car approx month before my trip & when it was 1 week before my travel i found that i was wrong with the dates. So I wrote to the company and after several hours received a letter that confirmed new dates. The price was also revised. I`m very glad to use this service and will recommend it to my friends.

Easy pickup and return

Car was in decent condition, and all T's and C's were explained thoroughly. Car was easily picked up and returned from airport. All dents and imperfections in car's body was thoroughly inspected before taking the car.

Good experience - car was ready on time with no hidden extras. I had booked a GPS but this was not available which was disappointing. Eventually one was found but I had to pay cash for it. I think this was a genuine mix up as the initial car supplier was changed during Bangkok floods and I think that the GPS request just didn't get transferred. No big deal as they found one but could have been a problem. Overall, happy enough. Car was nearly new and high spec. Nice and clean. No mechanical issues and easy return.

What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Keep in mind that the local rental company will reserve a certain amount on your credit card as a deposit. This requires the PIN code for your credit card. If your driver's license is foreign (for example, in Chinese), you must bring a translation with you. Only your original passport and driver's license will be accepted - a copy is not sufficient.
