To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. Terrible. I booked about 6 times. E Rey time my credit card failed. It must have been a problem with the website on a Saturday morning. I almost gave up but tried after several hours. Experience was good. O was hesitant to rent from dollar but it was fine.
