The fact that you no longer have a phone number to call customer service is massively detrimental. I am actively looking for a different provider since you removed the one very significant competitive advantage and route-to-service you had. You should, at minimum, provide and online chat facility. I have been using 121 for 15 years or more and have always been very happy with it but I am unlikely to continue.

Location information for Ljubljana

Ljubljana is a beautiful place to visit, especially if you go there during the spring or during summer. The city seems almost magical, with its beautiful old buildings which are wonderfully preserved and the majestic bridges that run over the Ljubljana River. Most beautiful of all the buildings in Ljubljana, however, is the Ljubljana Castle. To get there, you can get a car hire in Ljubljana by looking for a car hire office. Or you can book one in advance from the internet. If you use a car, you can drive to the foot of the hill housing the castle and walk up the steep hill that leads to it. Inside the castle, you can find a castle courtyard and a chapel which you can enter for free. If you want to go to the tower though, you'll need to pay a small fee. It is worth it, though, as the view from the tower is spectacular and breathtaking. You can see the city below and the Sava River and the Kamnik Alps in the distance. It's a really beautiful sight, one that you shouldn't miss if you ever go to Ljubljana. Also, if you can schedule your trip to Ljubljana Castle, then be sure to go there when there's a cultural event going on.
