Good and reliable company for renting a car abroad

Easy website, easy phone contact when I had questions. Everything well-organized. Friendly staff. Have rented a car through this company several times and have always been very satisfied.

Cheap quick efficient and friendly

Fair price, easy to collect and return, good car

We have collect the car from GreenMotion hollidayInn Heathrow, it was easy and fast, the price was the lowest among all rentals, the car was in perfect condition, and the drop-of prosses took no longer than 5 minutes. highly recomended service and rental.

Very good service

We were dealt with quickly and respectfully both on pick up and return of the vehicle. Downside is the 30 min wait for the shuttle bus if you just miss one.

Best Car Hire

Got upgraded to really great car with good price offer. Surprised to find car had sat nav, reversing camera and parking sensors together with cruise control. Diesel fuel just made the experience a joyful one. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Car Hire Heathrow

Good prices originaly drew me in but the customer service from the car rental company was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of there way to help. Collection and returns were excellent.

Very friendly staff. Picked up promptly from the airport and car hire only a couple of minutes from the airport. Website stated car fuel was 1/4 full and return 1/4 full. But this did not happen. I was told by easirent that I had to pay for 1/4 tank (they charged £20) and return empty. However the tank was not quite 1/4 full.

We have used 121

We have used 121 car hire on numerous occasion and always found them to be extremely helpful. The vehicles are always excellent and the staff vey helpful. The service has improved as they are now based within the airport so avoiding having to travel to a pick-up and drop-off location by bus. The only criticism would be that the valentine of the vehicles is obvious carried out by untrained staff - the windows are often not thoroughly cleaned and the interior dashboard on one particular vehicles had obvious only been given a cursory wipe over as it looked greasy.

Certainly use again and recommend to friends.Cars hired here and in the USA through 121 were good quality and easy.No complications and says exactly what it says "price you pay is the price you pay".Good friendly service all round

A great deal all round!

We had a very smooth and efficient pickup. The price was excellent as was the vehicle. I also bought the online insurance as it was better value than buying at the counter - the only downside being that the insurance (in the event of a claim) would have had to be claimed back after payment had been settled up front.

Competitive rates and quick confirmation.

The rates and choices were good. The pick-up was efficiently handled and the staff at all times were courteous and helpful. The car was well-presented and in good condition. My major problem was in not knowing the supplier BEFORE pressing the button to finalise the booking. I want to know which company will provide the car ahead of booking. I was totally confused by the title Interrent, there was no sign at the Rental office and it was only then that I learned that the supplier was Europcar. Why the mystery? Also I required a rental agreement that allowed me to pick-up and return a vehicle full of fuel. (Pick-up full, return empty is a con.) Luckily the helpful staff allowed me that choice though I suspect they could have refused. So, overall very happy, but I would like more information on the supplier before I commit.

I am sorry but I couldnt find anything good to say about the customer service at interrent,and when I think about my experience with them it makes me angry..from the moment I got off the plane to the time taken to hire the car was painful..i am surprised that the company INTERRENT is still in business if they treat evry customer the same way..thank you for the opportunity to review my experience car 121..

overall hire great,But the car given to us had damage to the side.This was not what i was expecting.Cars should not be sent out like this.

Great service

Great service from beginning to end. No hassle, everything was straightforward with the booking process and the hire company. Nice thought of the hire company giving us an upgrade of the hire car, thank you, but we swapped back to an 'ordinary' car which we were very happy with. The staff, when picking up the car and dropping it off, were very pleasant, very friendly and very courteous. Will definitely use your company again when returning to the UK.
