To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. It would be better if the "level" of car matched the categories used by Alamo (or whichever rental car company is selected). I have noticed a pattern that I select a "luxury" vehicle on hirecars.co.uk and when I arrive to pick up the car the category does not match what I'm expecting. Usually I try to reserve the highest-end car I can on the website, but when I arrive the rental car company informs me that the category I reserved is not the highest end they have (it's usually a full 1-2 levels below real "luxury").

Terrible. I booked about 6 times. E Rey time my credit card failed. It must have been a problem with the website on a Saturday morning. I almost gave up but tried after several hours. Experience was good. O was hesitant to rent from dollar but it was fine.
