What do I need to do when picking up a car?

To pick up your car, you will need your voucher, passport, driver's license and a credit card. It is very important that your driver's license and credit card are in the same name as the main driver. We have used 121carhire once before and it was an okay and non-challenging experience but for another leg of this trip, we tried another rental entity and another car rental entity (Avis) and actually had a better experience (and better pricing) so will continue to look at this site because it did serve us well, but now a more competitive brand (for us) is beginning to emerge.

Everything was very straightforward, I was asked to buy additional insurance by Avis for breakdown etc, so it would have been useful to understand this wasn't included in the quoted price - if it was stated it wasn't obvious. It would be useful for you or the rental companies to provide more information on how pick up and drop offs work at the specific airports. Finding the drop off place a San Francisco was not great, as the address stated and google maps puts them in slightly different places - and the attendant joked that finding the garage wasn't easy.

Naples municipal Airport is situated very close to the city center; it is just about three kilometers away. The airport is managed by the Naples Airport Authority. It has two runways. This airport is famous for its noise sensitivity. They try to protect noise of every kind. Even the turbojets use noise diminution procedures. Since the Naples Municipal Airport is just a few kilometers away from the airport it is well connected by road. Car hire firms have their counters at the terminals of the airport. When you hire a car, the car firm will ask for your current and valid driving license make sure you carry it along with you. Pick a detailed route map for your guidance.
